Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: Orders are shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation / payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays.
- Pre-order items: For pre-order products, please check the product page for specific shipping times.
- Out-of-stock items: For out-of-stock products, please check the product page for detailed shipping information.
Our warehouse operates only Monday–Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. We will take measures to minimize shipment delays during these periods.

Delivery Time Exceeded
International shipping may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as typhoons, blizzards, other extreme weather conditions, and worker strikes. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at mangosteen-mobility@outlook.com, and we will verify the situation with the logistics company in a timely manner. Order Cancellation
We can assist you in canceling your order if you contact us immediately after purchase. If you have paid but the package has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order for you. Once the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled free of charge.
